    Received these pictures from a plumber this week. He said the roots found a way around the rubber coupling and into the sewer lateral causing backups for this resident. Removed rubber coupling and a short section of pipe, then installed our 2-Part Snap-Lock Coupling. Now their drains are flowing as intended.
